General Event Information
It’s one of Australia’s premier transport and custom vehicle shows, held annually over the King's Birthday long weekend in Alexandra, Victoria.
The 2025 event will be held on Sunday, 8 June 2025, with associated events happening throughout the weekend.
The show takes place in the heart of Alexandra’s main street and surrounds, in regional Victoria.
Expect trucks, utes, rods, trade displays, market stalls, live music, woodchop competitions, kids’ activities, and more.
Entry is free for spectators.
The Major Auction is held at 2pm at the Main Stage.
If you haven't seen it before, definitely make some time to check it out (and even bid on an item of two).
First Aid is available opposite the Main Stage. You will also see First Aid crew roaming the event.

We welcome working trucks, show trucks, classic and custom utes, and rods. There are various judged categories.
Pre-registration is encouraged right up to Saturday (the day prior), but registrations are also accepted on the day if space allows.
Yes, an entry fee applies per vehicle, which includes a show bag and eligibility for judging. Entry fees for 2025 are $60 per truck, and $45 per rod or ute.
Entrants will be directed to the designated vehicle marshalling area. We encourage you to arrive prior to 6am for parking.
Moving vehicles and 12,000 or more pedestrians aren't a good mix.
